- If the chat icon is indicating ONLINE status, a consultant is available and you can start the chat.
- To start the chat, please indicate your name, e-mail address, type in your message and click the "Chat" button.
- A consultant should respond within 60 seconds. If you don't receive response within 60 seconds, the consultant is busy or unavailable. Please leave the message.
- To end your chat, simply click on the "Close" button in the right top corner.
